Place conditioner in your hand and add 2-3 drops of argan oil. Mix them together with your hands and condition hair as usual. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes and rinse.

If your hair is rough & damaged, use it as a pre-shampoo conditioner.

30 minutes before you take a shower, massage a few drops of argan oil into your scalp in a circular motion. This will stimulate the hair follicles and distribute the nutrients of the oil deep down. Then, comb it through from scalp to tip to coat the whole shaft. Rinse out with shampoo/conditioner.
